Let’s be honest: nobody likes hunting for specific parts when a line goes down. Getting the power right
Here’s the thing about voltage and wattage. If the ohms are off, you’re asking for trouble. Either the lamp underperforms and your preforms aren’t ready, or you push too much power into a short tube and fry the ends. Whether your line is 230V or 400V, we balance the load carefully. It keeps the filament stable and centered, even when you’re cycling at high speeds. It just works.
The gear inside
We use high-purity quartz glass because these things take a beating. They go from freezing to scorching in seconds, over and over again. That kind of thermal shock would crack cheaper glass. As for the connectors, we stick with R7s or SK15. Why? Because they’re a standard for a reason. They grip tight and the electrical contact is clean. And if you want to get fancy, we have coated options. Instead of letting heat bounce off the oven walls, the coating pushes that energy right into the PET preform. It’s a smarter way to heat.
The real-world stuff
You can swap these into almost any machine, but keep an eye on your cooling. High-wattage lamps get the job done faster, but they make your cooling fans work harder. If your fans are old or clogged with dust, running max-spec lamps might make your oven run too hot. Just a heads-up. We keep these in stock and ready to ship.
